Generic Pie Cut Corner Hinge – Bundle0mm – For Wood Screws

• Generic European style hinge designed for corner cabinets. Also known as “Pie Cut” cabinet doors.
• This hinge attaches the middle door to the outer door.
• A pie cut corner door typically uses separate 170 degree European style hinges to attach the two door assembly to the cabinet frame.

Installation

• Hinge cup size is 35mm.
• Maximum opening angle is 105 degrees.
• Requires a 3mm bore distance. This is the distance from the edge of the door to the edge of the 35mm cup drilled in the back of the door.
• Hinge and mounting plates are fully adjustable after installation.
• For door thicknesses of 5/8″ and 3/4″.
  • For a 5/8″ thick door order the 3mm mounting plate.
  • For a 3/4″ thick door order the 0mm mounting plate.

• 1 x Frameless Mounting Plate. Two sizes depending on door thickness:
  • For a 5/8″ thick door order the 3mm mounting plate.
  • For a 3/4″ thick door order the 0mm mounting plate.
• 2 x #6 Screws for the Mounting Plate
• 2 x Plastic Dowels and Dowels Screws (pre-attached to the hinge) – Dowels are typically used on manufactured wood or MDF doors because they hold better than wood screws. If you have a solid wood door, discard the plastic dowels and use either the dowel screws (blunt and slightly shorter) that come with the hinge or purchase #6 flat head wood screws (two per hinge, our SKU 652360).

• #6 flat head wood screws for the hinge side, can be used in place of the included plastic dowels and dowel screws (SKU 652360)
