Tech tip: An occasional failure reported to us is the seal material sticking to the body and tearing off when the pop-top is opened after being closed for prolonged period of time. Tohelp prevent this from happening, clean and wax where the seal comes into contact with the body. Additionally, it is helpful to spray the seal with silicone sprayto keep the two surfaces from sticking to each other.
